About Us

Board and Leadership Team

A board of nine, six of them non-executive, and an executive committee that has run the assets it is accountable for.

The board meets six times a year and holds three standing committees: audit and risk, remuneration and nomination, and health, safety and sustainability. Six of the nine directors are non-executive, and the chair has been independent of management since the 2019 governance review.

Process safety sits with the board rather than with management alone. Every high-potential incident across the operated portfolio is reported to the HSSE committee within seventy-two hours, regardless of whether anyone was hurt.
